Event Graphics & Proofing
Event packages may include custom graphics, overlays, or digital content. Proofs will be provided for review before finalization. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs. Errors not identified during proofing are the client’s responsibility and may incur additional costs if corrections are requested after approval.

Liability & Equipment Use
Clients and guests are expected to treat equipment with care. Pose OKC Moments is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather or technical issues. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.

Image Use
By using our services, clients grant Pose OKC Moments permission to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing materials, and the company website. Clients may request to opt out in writing before their event.

General Terms
This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Clients may not transfer or assign this agreement without prior written consent from Pose OKC Moments.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your event date. Deposits are only refundable if Pose OKC Moments cancels the event due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations
Clients must notify Pose OKC Moments at least 3 days before the scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date, subject to availability.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if Pose OKC Moments cancels the event or is unable to provide services due to severe weather or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Damaged Equipment
Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment during the event. Refunds will not be issued for damage caused by misuse or negligence.

Graphics & Digital Products
Once proofs are approved and final graphics or digital products are delivered, refunds are not available. Please review all proofs carefully before approval.

Information We Collect
When you book our services or submit an inquiry, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, event information, and any customization requests.

How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and improve our services, confirm bookings, customize your event experience, and communicate with you.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services (for example, printing vendors or technical support).

Photos & Media
Photos and videos captured at your event may be shared with you and your guests digitally. Unless you request otherwise in writing, Pose OKC Moments reserves the right to use event images for promotional purposes.

Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

Your Rights
You may request to review, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.
